the staff were friendly. the hotel maintained cleanliness. the bar area provided a spot for work, even for those self-catering from the well-equipped guest kitchen.
the room lacked proper heating. only air flowed through the vents intermittently. the shower had only a curtain, not a proper cabin. water splashed onto the tiles.

The reception staff was efficient. The hotel has a very nice kitchen to prepare meals. I appreciated the Rewe supermarket being literally next to the hotel.
The pillows were not comfortable. I wished there were two.
