Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
unhappy staff closed pool
The location of the place was convenient.
The staff seemed unhappy. the pool was too cold. No one swam in it . there was no notice explaining why the pool remained closed for the last two days of my holiday, quite disappointing.

the activities for children were great i found the toilets and the hotel clean i was quite satisfied with these aspects the location was also convenient

average stay, some issues encountered
bathroom floor slow lifts
the location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The cleanliness was not up to standard. I found hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. housekeeping was inconsistent. They did not always replenish shower gel, and i had to request it multiple times. the lifts were also slow, leading to significant wait times.

fantastic stay!
spacious room daily cleaning ample sunbeds
the room was spacious. i really liked the daily cleaning service with fresh towels. the pool area provided ample space for relaxation. sunbeds were plentiful, i never struggled to find one.
The lifts were sometimes slow during peak hours. This was a minor inconvenience.

The dining area offered a good selection of dishes. i found various speciality items available each day. Everything seemed fresh and well-prepared. i enjoyed the diverse options throughout my stay. The staff always kept the area clean.
