The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. A mini fridge was available in the room. Parking was easy, I had no problem finding space.
The air conditioning in my room was not very powerful.

The pool area had plenty of sun loungers. There was a dedicated kids pool for children to play safely. The hotel offers games for children, I noticed a dedicated entertainment section.

The hotel is near many restaurants and markets. A Lidl supermarket is also close. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the beach. A bus to the beach is an option.

The restaurant looked clean. Breakfast included both continental and cooked options, I saw good selection. I liked that the all inclusive beer was served in pint glasses, it makes it easier.

The reception staff were friendly. Javier at reception was particularly cute and helpful. The staff seemed to go above and beyond. The cleaning service were effective.

the lifts were a real issue. waiting for twenty minutes just to get down to the lobby wasn't fun, especially with my luggage. some of the staff seemed rather impolite also. i wouldn't say they were friendly or helpful, and that lowered my opinion of the place.

the hotel provided a very good location everything was in walkable distance. the room was quite large including the bathroom. the shower worked very well i found the parking to be safe and secure. i felt grateful for the experience.
i observed that the pool area lacked cleanliness particularly as the day progressed. there was noticeable litter around the pool area i rarely saw anyone cleaning the cups and food plates. by late afternoon the trash had accumulated.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location close to many amenities and attractions. it is within easy walking distance of shopping centres restaurants and entertainment venues. public transport links are also readily accessible from the hotel.

The location proved convenient with everything within walking distance. I requested a room near friends, and the hotel accommodated this request wonderfully. We were located right next door to each other .
The pool area became quite dirty as the day progressed. I saw a lot of rubbish around the pool and i hardly see anyone cleaning up.
