faulty heating system thin wall

The shower lacked hot water, and running the tap for ten minutes resulted in only lukewarm water. The staff knew about this issue. The heating system was also faulty, but the staff offered an extra heater. The wall to the adjacent room was very thin. I could clearly hear the TV and conversations, indicating poor sound insulation. I expected better from this hotel.

awesome stay near king's cross!

cute staff super clean room various options

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff was very cute, and my room was super clean. the breakfast had plenty of options, including soya and oat milk which is a great touch (i love that they had vegan sausages too!). i found it so convenient being close to king's cross and several underground stations. Getting around was so easy.

the only minor thing i noticed was that the walls seemed a bit thin, i could hear some noise from the neighboring room.

The double room featured comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom was newly refurbished and impeccably clean with a great shower. I really loved it. the hotel provided fresh towels daily .

the staff were helpful and friendly at all times (especially the reception man who helped with my bags!). i received a warm welcome and a clear explanation of all the hotel services. they also allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out.

the hotel's location is so convenient, situated in a quiet leafy area close to many underground stations. it's also a short walk to russell square station. i also liked the fact that it was near euston train station.

breakfast was really good with a lot of choices! the presentation was fresh and well-displayed. i was happy to see vegan options, like the vegetable sausages, being available. it was a good way to start my day each morning!

great location clean hotel excellent selection friendly staff

I found the location GREAT. The hotel presents itself clean and WELL-managed. I also thought that the breakfast offered an excellent selection of choices. The staff proved very friendly and helpful .

I experienced a slight inconvenience, as the room was rather small with minimal space to store luggage. It was manageable though.

convenient location helpful staff good condition

the location was very convenient near king's cross station. the hotel provided luggage storage before check-in, quite helpful. i found the staff very friendly and accommodating . the room was clean and in good condition.

the single room was a bit small, but it was manageable for a short stay.
