I found the location GREAT. The hotel presents itself clean and WELL-managed. I also thought that the breakfast offered an excellent selection of choices. The staff proved very friendly and helpful .

I experienced a slight inconvenience, as the room was rather small with minimal space to store luggage. It was manageable though.

the location was very convenient near king's cross station. the hotel provided luggage storage before check-in, quite helpful. i found the staff very friendly and accommodating . the room was clean and in good condition.

the single room was a bit small, but it was manageable for a short stay.
