the hotel staff were very friendly. they helped me a lot with my chess match in one of the conference rooms. one staff member was my contact person, and that worked superbly. i really appreciated the support during the event and would return.
the tv in my room was a bit small considering the distance from the bed. the room also felt a little dark, due to the wood and the limited light.

the hotel has a perfect location and is very central for exploring the city. it is easily walkable to the west end and soho. regents park is nearby, it's beautiful for walks.

The hotel location suited my needs perfectly. The bar downstairs had a nice ambience for the evening. I found breakfast abundant with many options available. The room was adequately sized with a comfortable bed.
