i liked the hotel location, allowing a quick walk to east coast park. its proximity to the airport is convenient. the mrt station across the road made travel easy. the hotel is modern with very large beds.
the carpet in my room wasn't properly secured, lifting in places. i nearly fell twice. the phone line was not working properly. the desk light also did not function correctly.

the king seaview room was acceptable, offering a promised view and a comfortable bed.
The front desk staff lacked professional courtesy. There were no greetings upon check-in. michael was rude, speaking unprofessionally. i found this disappointing.

the location was acceptable, with an mrt station nearby.
the carpet in my room wasn't secured. it lifted in places, and i almost fell twice. the phone line wasn't working, and the desk light didn't work either. the room's interior didn't resemble the advertised photos (i was quite annoyed by this).
