Superb Hotel Experience!

helpful staff convenient parking
The staff was helpful. I found convenient parking! The ground floor rooms provided easy disabled access. Food was very good.
The room felt uncomfortably warm upon arrival. There was no working AC in the room. Bathrobes and shower caps were absent from the bathroom.

carpet stain rattling fan
the location proved convenient. it was close to the places i wanted to visit.
the room i stayed in was not up to par. there was a noticeable stain on the carpet near the bed, and the bathroom fan made a loud rattling sound all night. this made it difficult to relax after a long day.

squeaky floorboards poor attitude
the room had a good size and the bathroom was really nice.
the floorboards upstairs were very squeaky i was woken during both nights stay from banging doors and other guests getting in late. the staff's service was bad a man who worked behind the bar had a poor attitude.

waterfall shower hot selection
the room included a waterfall shower and a directional shower head , allowing a choice of water flow. breakfast offered a hot cooked selection with bacon , sausages , scrambled eggs , toast , hash browns , mushrooms , tomatoes , and beans.
there was no bedside table on one side of the bed , so i had nowhere to put my personal items.
