Ample parking spaces were available upon arrival. I was upgraded to an indulgence roomwith a beautiful roll-top bath. there was a large bed with good pillows. The hotel offered a 3-course meal event. The food was delicious, the live music created a great atmosphere, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast included a varied continental selection plus options from a cooked menu.

i found fresh milk available for tea and coffee in the room it was a thoughtful extra the staff were very helpful breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent i enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on several evenings the menu offered variety and the food tasted great the hotel also welcomes dogs and offers walking routes into the forest directly from its doorstep

The location offers easy access to the open forest!!! The room was excellent, with some lovely touches , made it special. The breakfast was perfect and plentiful. I enjoyed the selection.
The room needed better lighting, so it was difficult to read at night.

Service INCONSISTENCIES and cleanliness issues
dusty surfacesslow staff
Our arrival started poorly. The room needed more attention to cleanliness. I noticed dusty surfaces and the bathroom didn't seem thoroughly cleaned. A broken coffee machine added to my FRUSTRATION. The staff seemed a bit slow, especially with clearing tables after meals. I felt these issues impacted our overall experience NEGATIVELY.
