movie magic stay!

friendly staff refreshments snack free mini

The staff were amazing. i especially appreciated the snack bar. It was a real treat to have refreshments available throughout the day. the cleanliness was excellent. Everything was super clean. the free mini bar was a nice bonus too.

The walk-in showers were missing from the rooms. A minor inconvenience, but something i noticed.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast options were poor. They did not meet my expectations. The rooms faced inward, I didn't even have a proper view. I think quality did not justify the price.

this place had great stuff! the minibar were free and always stocked with drinks. i met a client downstairs cause they have free soft drinks and snacks. location was really nice to get to my meetings.

the lifts were a problem, the service staff use it too much. it took so long sometimes. i had a room that didn't meet my accessibility requirements at first. i had to move rooms after i complained.

Decent hotel experience

The staff was friendly. The hotel had two Metro stops nearby. Getting to the sights was easy. I liked the free drinks and snacks in the foyer (it was a nice touch).

I stayed in a room with a carpet. The carpet was old and stained. The windows in my room faced the main street. The windows offered little soundproofing so the traffic noise made sleep difficult.
