fantastic food and friendly faces!
helpful staff amazing power perfect food
the super nice team and friendly, i felt really welcomed! the room was HUGE and comfy, and the shower had amazing power. the food was also AMAZING!!! i ordered the fish and chips, and they were cooked to perfection.
i noticed a small mark on the carpet, but it honestly didn't bother me much.

I enjoyed the dining experience a lot! the breakfast offered generous portions with great quality ingredients and options. the menu was excellent with real homemade chips, which i REALLY appreciated. The service was attentive and friendly!

the staff offered wonderful assistance. the hotel exhibited a cute atmosphere and great maintenance. i found the ambiance to be genuinely friendly. i really appreciated the helpful staff.
My sole concern was the location of my room. It required a bit of a maze-like navigation.

mould issue high prices
the room i got was in a bad state (and i wasn't expecting that). there was some mould in the room and a bad smell in the halls. i also found the prices at the bar excessive (nearly £10 for a pepsi max and lemonade!).

superb comfort high quality tea making
the bed offered superb comfort and ensured restful sleep i slept one night. the included toiletries looked high quality and added a touch of luxury. i really liked the readily available coffee and tea making facilities in the room i used the entire time.
the lift seemed slightly slow i didn't appreciate that.
