I found the room rather basic. There was not even a stand for luggage. I also noticed a distinct smell of sewage and dampness emanating from the bathroom. It permeated the entire room. The pillows felt thin.

i found the hotel very clean. breakfast provided many options near the hotel. i saved a lot on transportation because the hotel sits close to many places.
the receptionist seemed uninterested! it was not a very cute experience.

filtered water was available . there were restaurants and bars nearby the hotel that i visited. the hotel has a parking garage, but it is tight and safe.

the interior design feels modern. the bathroom had a decent size. the beds were comfortable and i slept well. towels were changed every day.

the hotel sits in the city center. the cathedral is about 10-15 minutes by foot. the neighborhood felt safe! it was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

I appreciated the location near the bolhao station. the bed proved comfortable . i also requested and received an extra pillow. The staff were very helpful. i found a drinks machine on the ground level that offered coffee at a reasonable price.
the shower had only a half door. this resulted in water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. that was the only real downside.

the hotel offered automated pancake maker. a fresh squeezed orange juice machine also was available . numerous coffee options were available each morning. i also found clean rooms, nice.

the location was wonderful, really central to everything. the staff were friendly, always there to help with a smile. the vending machine with drinks and snacks was really convenient for late-night cravings. room and bathroom size suited my needs perfectly.
The room was a little too warm, and i struggled to get the air conditioning to work properly, which impacted my sleep slightly. the bed wasn't the most comfortable i've slept on, i found the pillows a bit lacking. the room lacked a fridge and kettle. A cup of tea would have been appreciated.

the location was fine. i could walk to places.
the room was smaller than i thought. there were works happening early in the morning and i was not able to sleep, this was very bad. the television didn't worked well.
