Breakfast offered many choices and high quality items. The staff was helpful and friendly, always offering a smile. The bar had a good atmosphere. The hotel location is convenient to the football stadium. It is a short walk.
The online service for ordering room service did not function. I could not understand the purpose of it if it was not operational.

A mostly positive experience

The breakfast was amazing. Like, seriously. they has a crazy selection of juices, breads, and fruits, also sparkling wine was available, which i didn't expect. i also appreciated the spacious room we booked. It was a twin room, and the beds were comfy. the shower was nice.
The front desk experience had issues. i find the staff were not helpful at all, which it was disappointing. there's a pool, but kids under 18 can't use it. Plus, its costs 30 euros per person per day to use it, that seemed excessive.

the breakfast buffet had so many choices! it had amazing fresh fruit and pastries. the location near the football stadium was super convenient! it made getting around so easy.
The gym was nice. The wifi was a bit spotty in my room though.

I found the hotel location very convenient near transport links. exploring the city became effortless. the hotel's spa was very nice. it was perfect for unwinding after a long day and re-energising. the gym was amazing too. I enjoyed my workout sessions.
the phone in my room wasn't working upon arrival and i had to call for assistance.
