hotel breakfast variety options rooftop bar metro station old marble rooms differences
The hotel breakfast was very good with a variety of options for both continental and full English style. The rooftop bar was just lovely. It had a very classy feel with a beautiful view across the city. The room was decent enough. It was clean for sure.
The metro station, it don't take you directly downtown, so we had to change stations. Using a bus was also an option. The rooms aren't identical. I had a shower. My sister had a bathtub. The flooring in both the rooms and bathrooms is old marble.

the lack of soundproofing was a significant issue. i experienced disturbed sleep every night of my stay. the cleaning staff were noisy during their rounds and doors slammed shut.

i appreciated the helpful front desk staff they gave great dining recommendations and clear directions. breakfast buffet presented a nice selection. i found the location convenient being close to both bus and metro stations. the king sized bed offered amazing comfort.
soundproofing could be improved as i experienced some noise from the corridor.

the hotel features modern rooms with good wifi connectivity. spacious rooms offer comfort, i liked the design. three elevators are present for guest convenience. a Carrefour express grocery store sits directly across the street, providing easy access to snacks, it is great.

the breakfast buffet includes various options, i was impressed. both continental and full english style choices are available. the rooftop bar offers a classy environment, very special indeed. you'll find tasty bites, i tried some.

the hotel is located near bus and train stations, it is a plus. the fitzgerald restaurant is easily accessible from the hotel. the stadium is within 5 minutes walking distance. a safe quiet neighborhood surrounds the premises, that's lovely.

convenient location city tour helpful staff
I found the location quite convenient. I easily found many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Sylvia at reception gave excellent recommendations for a city walking tour. She also booked a reservation at a very nice restaurant with great food, i appreciated her help.
I found the hotel lobby nice, however, the rooms are a bit dated.

My room was not great. The bathroom was outdated, and the grout was yellowed. Some colleagues received newly refurbished rooms and complimentary items, I did not receive anything of the sort.

confined parking poor soundproofing
The parking garage IS NOT suitable for larger vehicles. It felt TOO confined. the hallways lacked sound insulation and every noise carried into my room. THE cleaning staff disturbed my sleep each morning. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.
