i found the staff very helpful and FRIENDLY. the metro station near the hotel helped me a lot. Breakfast had a wide assortment and superb quality. The garage had EASY access to the hotel.

the room was spacious and close to the subway station , which was acceptable.
the cleanliness was lacking , used cups and glasses remained uncleaned and unreplaced. complimentary teas , coffees , and milk were not replenished. towels needing replacement were refolded and placed back , a rather disappointing detail.

The metro station was very close, just meters away. It made getting around the city easier. Our room was quite spacious and it was comfortable for moving around. The breakfast offered a large variety of fresh products.
the hotel has no restaurant, and there is no room service. the bathroom had few toiletries, so I had to ask for dental and vanity kits.
