the hotel is near covent garden. the gym features three treadmills. it also includes a peloton bike. the room was big for accommodations there. there were plugs on both sides of the bed. i also liked having a hair straightener available.
no one was available at the door to help with bags upon arrival during a rainstorm. check-in felt rushed. i also needed to call to clarify the room package.

the location was very convenient for seeing shows. the staff were very helpful and professional throughout my stay. my room had some lovely period touches (i especially liked the bookmark for my novel).
the minibar was very well stocked (which is good), but the room service menu seemed pretty extensive. i found the choice in the hotel uninspiring and very limited. breakfast service was slow both days.
