Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments
noisy fans odd decor
The room décor seemed odd. There was a random black panel alongside an orange stripe (I really did not understand that design choice). The extractor fans outside my window were noisy when it was open. These fans caused a constant drone. The sound was distracting and affected my sleep.

dated room tiny bathroom
the room i got was really dated. the bathroom was tiny , i could barely move around in it. the shower head wasn't adjustable and i had to duck to wash my hair. there was mold around the window frames , which was not a good look.

great location, helpful staff
helpful staff central location
the staff was excellent and very helpful. the location was very central, and we could easily walk to any place. trains and tubes were close. central areas were easily accessible.
the bath was dirty. i discovered this late at night when i returned and wanted to have a bath. the duty manager seemed uninterested when i mentioned it the next morning. he showed zero interest in my bad experience.

the hotel common areas were cosy! they felt almost like a front room at home. service to the common areas was superb. both food and drinks were readily available.

Shazmin at the front desk was very helpful. She printed out train information. sharmila and anagha were also helpful and friendly every morning. nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

solid stay near attractions
good choice friendly staff comfortable bed
the breakfast has good choice. staff are friendly and helpfull. the rooms include comfortable bed. i appreciate their offer of assistance in case of a fire alarm, as i use a wheelchair.
i found the water pressure in the shower a little weak, it makes rinsing off soap take longer. this wasn't a major problem, but a stronger flow would be more convenient.

staff showed great attentiveness to guest needs. they offered assistance during emergencies. staff handled requests with a positive attitude and efficiency. the quick responses were very good.

several underground stations are within walking distance. this gives easy access to many destinations. buses stop near and travel throughout the city. the neighborhood has many restaurants and shops.

comfy bed shower pressure excellent service
The bed felt super comfy to me. shower pressure was wonderful. the maid service was excellent. I found my room perfectly cleaned everyday.
some staff had to google questions i had regarding tours.
