The rooms are modern. I found nice decor and amenities. The location is GREAT!!! It is close to EVERYTHING!!!
The check-in time WASN'T due. It was late for 2 hours, this is unacceptable. My room WASN'T cleaned until I called and made a complaint at 6pm.

The staff was cute EVERY day from start to finish. The breakfast offered a amazing selection and the team ensured we had everything we needed. I REALLY liked that we could create snack boxes for our early morning outings with pastries and fruits. The club lounge access was a definite plus that much better.
The food options in the club lounge could have used a bit more variety for longer stays.

The doormen provided assistance with luggage and directions upon request EVERY time. The staff members at the front desk were responsive to inquiries and provided information about local attractions. Housekeeping ensured the room was clean daily and restocked amenities as needed.

The room features blackout curtains THAT completely darkened the space for better sleep. The bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub. high-quality toiletries were provided daily. A work desk with multiple power outlets was available.

My suite features a high ceiling and an amazing, big bathroom. The bathroom includes both a tub and separate shower. I received prosecco upon arrival alongside cookies. The rooftop bar provides a quiet space with drinks and sunset views.
The closet in my room contains an insect and I felt the cleaning staff should have checked it beforehand.
