adequate stay with some shortcomings
parking feeearly breakfast
the parking fee was an unexpected extra expense, a charge i found rather irritating. also, the breakfast buffet ended rather early on sunday. we arrived with twenty minutes to spare, but staff seemed eager to pack everything away. was great, not a good start to the day.

the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The lower limit was set too high, and the fan speed was restricted. i was very hot during the entire night. the bed also wasn't comfortable and the pillows were terrible.

i booked a standard room with a sofa bed it was spacious i found it tastefully decorated. the standout features included the buffet breakfast it elevated the overall experience. the staff were attentive and friendly they ensured all my needs were met promptly. the amenities provided were great the hotel cleanliness was perfect

the hotel is near a mall offering various shopping and dining options. i could find multiple food places within a short walk of the hotel. uber pick-up and drop-off locations were convenient and easily accessible.

the standard room included a sofa bed which added extra seating. blackout curtains effectively blocked light i noticed. there were two chairs tables and multiple outlets provided on each side of the bed.

Reliable stay near the city centre

The receptionist allowed an early check-in, this. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel location is central. I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Rooms have a good size and are clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size. I found the hotel rooms in good condition. The hotel offers an excellent location near the centre. The service provided was amazing. Staff members were friendly. Clean towels were provided even when i forgot to put the cleaning sign outside. This was appreciated. The receptionist allowed us to use the front area for a wedding photoshoot, I appreciated their understanding.
