splendid stay
clean room helpful staff
i found the room very clean, a big plus. the bed was comfy and i slept well. the staff was helpful. the location was super convenient, i could walk to many places.
i had some trouble finding a sugar for my pancakes at breakfast. i noticed the continental breakfast options was a bit limited for a hotel of this level. it would be great to see a larger choice.

location is superb, close to restaurants and shops. i walked to the old town quite easily. st margaret's bus station is also a short walk. it's very handy for getting around.

the room had a massive television, i liked it a lot. there was also a coffee maker, so i could make my own coffee. the room included expensive shampoos. it's was very clean.

breakfast had a good variety of food. the breakfast included drinks for every taste. the restaurant service was super. i did not notice chocolate sauce for pancakes. i did enjoyed breakfast.

adequate stay with some shortcomings
parking fee early breakfast
the parking fee was an unexpected extra expense, a charge i found rather irritating. also, the breakfast buffet ended rather early on sunday. we arrived with twenty minutes to spare, but staff seemed eager to pack everything away. was great, not a good start to the day.

restricted fan speed uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The lower limit was set too high, and the fan speed was restricted. i was very hot during the entire night. the bed also wasn't comfortable and the pillows were terrible.

i booked a standard room with a sofa bed it was spacious i found it tastefully decorated. the standout features included the buffet breakfast it elevated the overall experience. the staff were attentive and friendly they ensured all my needs were met promptly. the amenities provided were great the hotel cleanliness was perfect

Reliable stay near the city centre
early check-in modern room friendly staff
The receptionist allowed an early check-in, this. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel location is central. I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Rooms have a good size and are clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size. I found the hotel rooms in good condition. The hotel offers an excellent location near the centre. The service provided was amazing. Staff members were friendly. Clean towels were provided even when i forgot to put the cleaning sign outside. This was appreciated. The receptionist allowed us to use the front area for a wedding photoshoot, I appreciated their understanding.
