The hotel location is convenient with a very big car park. The room was very clean. Even though dogs are allowed, there was NO dog smell. I found the grounds lovely for walking the dog. The staff provided friendly service.

The room was super clean, a relief after a long day.
The room smelled strongly of vinegar. It was generally unpleasant. Breakfast was also overpriced and then I was charged twice by mistake, a £50 error. It took ages to get the refund.
