difficult check-in preoccupied staff
The breakfast was cooked exactly as i requested. It was quite satisfactory.
Check-in proved difficult. The staff seemed preoccupied with pub customers, a situation i found less than ideal. this could be problematic during busy weekends. i expect better coordination.

Charming stay!

friendly welcome comfortable bed great shower varied breakfast
The staff offered a warm welcome. Fiona, the manager, personally showed me to my room and took a genuine interest in my stay. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. The shower was great (it had excellent water pressure!). The breakfast included a varied selection of fruit, yoghurt, and cereals, alongside a great hot breakfast menu.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.
