The hotel is centrally located. I found it clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and i appreciate the large bathroom. It had piping hot water.
The shower door was quite stiff. The shower itself could use some improvement. I also noticed there was never enough milk provided in the room.

Wonderful Coastal Stay!

The staff was helpful. I found the room to be spacious. The hotel is situated very close to the beach. I noted the excellent location during my walks along the promenade and the beach, enjoying the views of the North Sea.
The WiFi signal wasn't as robust as I would have liked. It sometimes dropped out.

Customer service was very attentive. The personnel assisted with directions, and responded promptly to requests. The check-in process was quick and efficient. It required minimal waiting time. the service enhanced the visit.

Some Issues Encountered During My Stay
loud musichard to shut door
I had some issues. The noise was a problem! My room faced the bar below. Loud music played until after 11 PM. Then, bar patrons talked and laughed loudly until almost 1 AM. I didn't sleep well. The bathroom door was also hard to shut. This was annoying.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay
polite staffperfect location
The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was perfect for accessing local shops and the beach (only a short walk!).
I found the light pull cord to be quite dirty and knotted. The bathroom door was also hard to shut properly.
