we had a brief, one-night visit and received an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite. the room proved so inviting that we opted to have our dinner brought up, and it came via a very helpful young man. the food was AMAZING!!! we ended up ordering dessert, too.
i noticed the absence of plates and cutlery in my room which slightly affected convenience. a glass for mouthwash in the bathroom would definitely enhance comfort. adding these small items would greatly improve the stay.

the front desk staff was very attentive and provided prompt assistance. the breakfast team, especially jackie, showed amazing hospitality accommodating all requests. kelly provided helpful and pleasant service during my meals.
