i loved the room size, it was SUPER spacious and clean. friendly staff provided amazing service EVERY time i needed something. i really liked the closeness to the bts station and ferry stop.

the gym and sauna, I thought, are very small. realistically, they can only accommodate a maximum of three people, a shame.

I found the room cleaning subpar. There were stains on the sheets when I arrived. The staff's response to this issue was slow. They eventually changed the sheets, but I expected a quicker resolution. Breakfast also disappointed me. The selection felt limited, and the food quality was inconsistent.
