I was greatly impressed with the views from my room. It gave a complete outlook. The convenient app allowed easy access to room service and housekeeping. Breakfast was really good. The SEEN bar and restaurant offered food that matched its high reputation.
My visit was dampened by the pool's restricted access. The limited number of sun loungers were insufficient for all guests. Non-guests were allowed to use the pool, reducing availability for those staying at the place. I observed unattended beds with towels for hours.

I found the room very clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. The hotel location offers convenient access to the river and nearby attractions.
The elevators were quite busy at peak times. There were some waits.

The infinity pool on the 26th floor provided an amazing experience with its night view. I appreciated the convenient transportation to Icon Siam Department Store. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. I found the bed very comfortable after exploring the city.
I experienced a slight delay during check-in. It took approximately 15 minutes.
