the lobby IS magnificent rooms are luxurious the staff IS so helpful. i found the executive lounge to be great the size of the rooms was excellent. the hotel also offers Perfect services, big clean comfortable room
i encountered A terrible stay to say the least the club lounge on the top floor is A poor excuse for an offering in this calibre of hotel. it had bad catering and A very average selection of drinks on check out they were very rude.

I found the staff very friendly and always ready to help. I liked the breakfast at Bistrot De La Mer so much. The rooms are big and have modern features that are very useful. The hotel's design had traditional and modern touches, it looked very beautiful.
