pleasant visit
breakfast buffet egg station hotel restaurant missing slippers expensive parking coupon policy
the breakfast buffet was seriously nice, it had an egg station!!! the hotel restaurant called jam jam, was pretty good. i ate there a few times and it was served hot.
There were no slippers, so it was pretty uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. parking wasn't free. I had to pay extra.

modern room great lighting shower facilities
i appreciated the clean, modern room. it had great lighting and a useful shelf in the bathroom. the staff stored my luggage after checkout and even offered shower facilities before my evening flight!!!

great chinatown stay
central location convenient mrt shopping complex simple transport
i liked how the hotel was located in chinatown. it was easy and safe to walk around. the mrt station was close. it made transport simple. the hotel connected to a shopping complex, it had restaurants and a food court.
the walls were very thin. it surprised me that they didn't provide a shower cap.

the hotel is right in chinatown, near main attractions. ordering a grab car was easy and cheap to explore places. i liked exploring the side streets. hanging lanterns and festive decorations looked good.

the hotel is near the mrt station. it is easy to get around from there.. the lobby has a nice design. my room had a comfy bed.
the hotel did not provide slippers for the bathroom. the bathroom floor was very cold.

public transportation friendly staff cold floor expensive parking
the location is amazing, very close to public transportation. the staff are very friendly, they speak english WELL. The building is attached to a shopping mall, it is very convenient.
slippers WERE not in the room, the bathroom floor was cold. parking is not free. it was expensive. i had to pay extra Upon arrival.

the staff was friendly, acceptable.
This was inconvenient. the room rate felt expensive considering the amenities available. there were NO coffee facilities in my ROOM, quite disappointing at that price.

totally awesome stay!
english staff luggage storage free pool table
The reception staff spoke english. They checked us in early. there are check-in screens, and the staff helped us use them. i loved that they have a luggage storage area and a changing area. they even have a free pool table and a free water re-filling station near the restaurant! the room was clean. i appreciated bottles of drinking water being provided.
i noticed a persistent musty odor in the corridors! it seemed like there was an issue with the air-conditioning system. that should really be addressed.

The servers at the reception were genuinely friendly and available. They managed the check-in process quickly. the hotel offers convenient luggage storage before check-in and after checkout, so i could explore the area freely. plus, the staff was very helpful in answering my questions.

our comfy king courtyard room included a safe for valuables and a fridge to keep drinks cold. the bathroom was modern with a warm, powerful shower. everything in the room was functional. the hotel provided drinking water too!

the breakfast buffet had an egg station, great. the hotel restaurant, jam jam, had delicious meat and vegetarian skewers. i thought the dragon afternoon tea was an very nice experience for 888 thb for two people.
