excellent sukhumvit stay
great locationhelpful stafffaulty air conditioning
the location provided easy access to the main road. many restaurants, shops, and a night food market are nearby. the hotel staff was very attentive and helpful there.
the air conditioner temperature adjustment in my room did not function correctly. the room became excessively cold. i had to turn off the ac while sleeping, quite unpleasant to me.

the room was large and comfortable! the gold king room included a tv and a kettle for tea and coffee. the staff had smiling faces. i liked how polite they were, always greeting me as i arrived. plenty of shops and spas are nearby. i received quick notifications when i had custom suits delivered.
i found the breakfast options were limited compared to prior visits.

The room was very tidy and quiet. I rested well. The staffs was lovely and always helpful. The hotel sits close to public transport and some sites are within a short walk. I found a great value here.
I must be truthful. My room's air conditioner did not work properly. The temperature adjustment did not respond as it should. Even turned to the highest setting, the room remained freezing. The hotel does consist of two buildings. The pool sits in one and the restaurant in another. It requires a little trek.
