The room I received was NOT what I booked. The air conditioning barely worked and maintenance never fixed it despite repeated calls. Getting any resolution from the staff proved impossible, they were completely unhelpful.

The pools were AMAZING!!! I loved the variety. The food options suited every taste. I particularly enjoyed the meals at the main restaurant. They mixed dishes in a fun way. The aqua park kept my daughter entertained for hours.

I had some trouble with the AC. It only cooled one spot in the room. This made it uncomfortable, especially at night.

The front desk team offered a warm welcome. They answered all our questions with a smile. The kitchen and restaurant teams provided quick service and were eager to assist with everything.
