superb location and service
perfect location friendly staff
I really enjoyed the perfect location. it was just a short walk from the train station and the duomo. the staff were super friendly. they gave us a hand when we left our luggage for a tour. This made things easy.
i paid for an upgraded room. it was still tiny. we could barely fit our luggage in the room. i had to move luggage around just to get out of bed.

The staff were helpful and positive. They offered professional service. they were a true delight to interact with. eduardo at reception was also kind, helping me find my prescription glasses. he made a wonderful difference.

the accommodation was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was marvelous. the shower was very good, always providing hot water every time. tv and wifi connections worked well and the collection of clocks belonging to the owner was interesting.

A gorgeous breakfast comes with the room price. It was very well presented. the breakfast room had a good view. they also offer a turn down service plus snacks until 10:30 pm. the breakfast choices were delicious.

a slightly underwhelming stay
stuffy room limited breakfast
the air conditioning really struggled to keep up. the room felt stuffy, especially during the day. i also found the breakfast selection a bit limited. i was expecting more variety for a place of this caliber. the hard bed made it difficult to sleep soundly. the eggs were too salty.

The room size was smaller than expected for the price i paid. i found the air conditioning inadequate. The room remained stuffy. the promised intercontinental breakfast did not fully cater to dietary needs, specifically lacking dairy-free options i had hoped for.
