Great Stay Near the Strip
considerate staff family relaxation lazy river shuttle service
The staff was very considerate and helpful, especially with an early arrival. I appreciated they found accommodations for us. The pool and lazy river were awesome spots for family relaxation. Shuttle service to the Strip was a plus, though limited to one location.
Luggage carts were not readily available near the front entrance. This made managing grocery deliveries a bit difficult, I had to go back and forth to get the grocery inside.

Our suite included a full kitchen with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. It provided all the necessary amenities. A spacious balcony overlooked the lazy river. I could also see the mountains in the distance.
Service

Alohi at check-in provided great service. Caleb assisted with adding another night and ensured I stayed in the same suite. The shuttle to the Strip offered convenient transportation. It helped avoid rental car hassles.
Facilities

The hotel featured a lazy river, a main pool with a sandy area, and grilling stations. There were also volleyball, corn hole, and ping pong areas for outdoor recreation. An arcade offered indoor entertainment, it was a nice addition!

unhelpful staff misinformation desk
The front desk staff was really unhelpful upon check in. the concierge desk gave misinformation. it seems no one cares about customer service UNLESS a tip is involved. when we bought into this resort we didn't pay for average. We paid for first rate accommodations.

uneven experience with maintenance issues
inconsistent hot water tight parking
the resort design had a nice feel.
The hot water consistency was a problem in my unit. It would alternate between scalding and cold. parking was also really tight. i could even hear planes taking off from the bedroom-very annoying and disruptive.

Great Experience
efficient process friendly staff spacious pool relaxing atmosphere
I found the check-in process very smooth and efficient. Every staff member was both friendly and helpful . The lazy river stood out as my favorite feature. The pool area is spacious and includes diverse, fun sections. I liked the resort's family-oriented and relaxing atmosphere.
The elevators in my building seemed to have some operational challenges .

The hotel is located away from the busy areas. It offered a quieter environment. It allowed for convenient access to stores. This made getting necessities easy.
