underwhelming experience at this place.
constant noise cigarette smell
the location was acceptable.
i had issues with noise from nearby clubs keeping me awake until early morning hours. the front desk didn't tell me about the noise. it also didn't offer earplugs. plus, the casino had a strong cigarette smoke smell.

unbelievable stay
automatic curtains mood lighting voice assistant
this place is amazing. the automatic curtains were useful, and i loved the mood lighting. controlling everything via voice assistant added a cool touch. the room was spacious and so clean.
the extra fridge was not free. i wish there were complimentary water bottles in the room upon arrival.

it is conveniently located near many key attractions. walking to the sphere was easy and quick. And high-end shopping options such as gucci and chanel nearby added a special flair.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the front desk employees were always available and ready to assist. the hotel amenities were excellent, and i especially appreciated the quick room service. Really good!
