The location was acceptable as it was close to the center.
The bathroom was disappointing. There were insufficient hooks for towels. The white towels were old and rough.

a tender stay in a lovely place
warm welcomeimmediate supportfresh pastriesloud music
the staff gave such a warm welcome, especially the receptionists. they worked to meet my requests and offered immediate support. i found a continental breakfast with great coffee and fresh pastries. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops and historical sites.
the music played in the corridors all day was loud and intrusive. i found it difficult to relax in the room.

The hotel has a perfect location near the main square. Taxi service is available right in front. staff members were helpful, friendly and accommodating. the rooms are clean, quiet, modern, and the internet access is good. the rooftop offered really good city views. It was open even when the bar was closed.
i found the room did not have an external facing window. the air conditioning was not working, made the room uncomfortable.

Staff provided helpful service. They assisted with requests promptly. the reception area was generally manned and helpful, however, i noticed it was occasionally unmanned. i had no problem getting assistance when needed.

breakfast offered a basic continental selection, and i found it adequate. the breakfast area on the roof offered a superb view. i noticed the breakfast included pastries, cheeses, and coffee.

the room was clean and modern, but it lacked an external window. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was modern and adequately equipped, but i did miss having some natural light.
