fantastic accommodation near belvedere

spacious roomcomfortable bedthoughtful touch

i found the room to be spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable, i slept soundly each night. i appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival, a thoughtful touch for our anniversary (it was a lovely surprise).

I found the front of house staff excellent. They were always ready to assist. its location is great near belvedere. a very short walk to the underground station, which helped. the number 7 circular tram stops right outside that).

i did notice the cleaner removed wine glasses after a cleaning, though they were actually part of the room's bar equipment. it wasn't a huge deal, but it felt a little odd. maybe a small miscommunication there?

the hotel provides a parking garage with adequate space between cars. i noted proximity to the botanical gardens and the university of botany building. it also sits just five minutes from the entrance to belvedere palace.

the rooms are premium rooms. they have a really big room. the bathroom are great. i liked the bidet in toilet and the good wifi.

my room wasn't really cleaned good and the bed wasn't made. the plumbing don't work good in toilet flush. no welcome drink on arrival, which i have been offered at all the other hotels. there's not even a complimentary water.
