ineffective air conditioner crowded breakfast room
i was disappointed the air conditioner was not effective in my room. additionally, the room lacked a coffee pot. finding enough tables in the breakfast room proved challenging due to overcrowding.

outdated room small breakfast room
the room felt quite outdated. the bathroom door handle came off, and there was no shower gel provided. additionally, the breakfast room was too small, and i had to wait 15 minutes for a seat.

fantastic stay near the charles bridge
super clean hotel perfect location breakfast choice
the hotel was super clean. the location was perfect. breakfast had many choices and catered to everyone's tastes. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile each morning.
the room i had faced an inner corridor, so there was no direct daylight or real view.

this hotel is near the vltava river with views of the charles bridge and prague castle. the hotel is within walking distance of wenceslas square and old town square. the immediate area has excellent restaurants nearby.

the staff helped immediately with issues . the reception staff were helpful and efficient. breakfast service was great and the staff provided ready smiles each morning. the receptionists spoke english very well.
