Really good Stay with Fantastic Amenities
excellent soap good lighting quiet location
The room had excellent soap. Lighting was good. It was suitable for reading. The bed was very comfortable and provided restful sleep. I found the location quiet, an important factor for relaxation.

The location was convenient, close to the tube station. Staff members were friendly. The hotel held our bags safely prior to check-in.
The bed was two singles pushed together. There was a gap in the middle. This arrangement was not comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited. The coffee was basic.

musty smell filthy shower screen
the location was acceptable for my needs..
the room i received initially had a musty smell. additionally, i found mold around the window. i asked to move to another room, a club room, however it was not much better. the shower screen and tracks were filthy.

excellent central HOTEL
helpful staff warm welcome
The location near Earls Court station was convenient. the room included a bath and tea and coffee facilities, REALLY nice after a long day. The staff were helpful, especially Alina, raka and sam. Their welcome was warm.
