The location was really great, many things were within walking distance. The hotel offered a nice restaurant on site. I also found the staff helpful and efficient.
I found the hotel was in need of a complete refurbishment. There were no amenities like a garden or spa. I feel the entrance could use some interesting painting to make it a little more appealing.

limited options worn carpet
i found some aspects less than satisfactory. the breakfast options were quite limited, and ordering additional items was not possible.. the carpet seemed old and worn. this felt a bit stingy.

excellent location friendly staff secure parking relaxed start
the hotel location is excellent near the beach and the bic i found the staff very friendly and always ready to help breakfast included a full english option that tasted amazing secure parking was available at the bic car park for a reduced price. the allocated breakfast times ensured a relaxed start to each day. i particularly enjoyed the efficiency of the breakfast service. the proximity to both the beach and bic added convenience.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallways it did not affect my overall enjoyment but is worth noting

the room was very clean the shower was lovely i appreciated plenty of hangers. the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice.
the room was smelly on arrival it was also shabby. the ground floor room was quite noisy i heard loud guests returning to their rooms after i had gone to sleep

friendly team very nice view
the reception team was friendly and helpful. they upgraded our room, it.. the room had an very nice view. i liked that the hotel was close to the beach and the staff were all friendly.
i found the disabled parking was very tight as the hotel car park was not very big.
