The location was really convenient. I could easily access public transportation. The room was well-kept. The breakfast offered versatile options with a variety of good food and snacks. I especially liked the option to get extra egg dishes to the table..
I found the bar to be overpriced for a late-night drink. The barman did not seem to know his singles shots from doubles. He also did not know how to pour a pint properly. He did not have a clue on how to pour a Guinness and just did it all in one go.

convenient and clean
convenient location delicious breakfast comfortable bed
the location was very convenient to the underground. breakfast was delicious with a great variety of products. the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. the room was impeccably clean and near the underground station.
i found the staff to be mostly cold and transactional during conversation. the heating system barely worked in my room. it took seven hours from enabling to get the room decently heated. even the premium room was really minimal in facilities.

surprised with good service
modern design comfortable bed quick check-in
my room has a modern design. the bed provided nice comfort. i found the location close to public transport. the on-screen check in was very quick.
i noticed the room temperature felt a little too warm.

the hotel provides easy access to several tube stations nearby. rooms include a well-stocked hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. i see the shower room has ample space.

breakfast includes a wide selection of food. i noticed the restaurant closed on some evenings for private parties. the bar offers an alternative when the restaurant is unavailable though.

the reception team were very friendly. staff sorted out a last minute cancellation with kindness. a staff member greeted me with a warm welcome. they really participants with my request.

the proximity to the tube station was a huge plus. i also appreciated the modern decor found throughout the hotel. the breakfast had a fabulous range of smoothies. the toiletries provided were really nice
