The location was really convenient. I could easily access public transportation. The room was well kept. The breakfast offered versatile options with a variety of good food and snacks. I especially liked the option to get extra egg dishes to the table..

I found the bar to be overpriced for a late-night drink. The barman did not seem to know his singles shots from doubles. He also did not know how to pour a pint properly. He did not have a clue on how to pour a Guinness and just did it all in one go.

the location was very convenient to the underground. breakfast was delicious with a great variety of products. the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. the room was impeccably clean and near the underground station.

i found the staff to be mostly cold and transactional during conversation. the heating system barely worked in my room. it took seven hours from enabling to get the room decently heated. even the premium room was really minimal in facilities.

my room has a modern design. the bed provided nice comfort. i found the location close to public transport. the on-screen check in was very quick.

i noticed the room temperature felt a little too warm.
