mixed experience at this hotel

rude staffpoor service

i found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful . (with the exception of one lady at breakfast). i had to ask multiple times for my room to be cleaned, frustrating. the management apologized, citing they were short-staffed, but this didn't excuse the poor service.

my room was a comfort room. what a joke. it was tucked away in some dark corner and super noisy i couldn't enjoy the balcony even if i wanted to. the bar closed way too early too especially since they advertise it being open later. guess they thought i would be asleep from the noise.

i found the hotel clean. the staff were very courteous. breakfast offered a large, delicious range of options for everyone. the location was ideal for accessing the town center. there was free parking available, convenient.

the gym opened a little later than i would have preferred, which slightly affected my routine.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit pastries, meats and cheeses. there was also a hot selection, with options like omelets. they cooked eggs to order. the breakfast selection catered to different tastes

the double room was large with a comfortable bed, it allowed for restful sleep. the room included a fridge, very useful for keeping drinks cool. fresh towels were provided daily, so i always had clean linens.

The hotel kept everything very clean. the cleaning staff maintained an immaculate condition. i also appreciated the restaurant used for breakfast. Its selection was as good as any i have seen.

i was disappointed i could not always find sunloungers around the pool. people seemed to reserve them despite supposed rules against it. i also found the walk back at night quite tough because of the heat.

The pool area was fantastic. I loved the pool bar. the staff was really helpful, they spoke english fluently! the location was perfect. It was close to both restaurants and the beach.

The air conditioning in the room needed cleaning. It was quite dusty.
