I appreciated the hotel's convenient access to the North Terminal. This direct connection simplified my early morning departure, saving me time and stress. The hotel's luxurious lobby also created a cute atmosphere upon arrival.
Service in the restaurant was poor. The server brought the wrong dish, and they did not apologize for the error.

The hotel features three restaurants offering diverse options. The breakfast buffet provided numerous choices and high-quality products. I noticed the availability of premium snacks and good wine in the club lounge. The food was AMAZING!!!

My room was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. It included many extra amenities, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Blackout curtains ensured complete darkness for undisturbed sleep. The lighting was great!!!

The hotel has an excellent location for the airport. It offers a direct walkway to the North Terminal. Easy access to the South Terminal is also available via shuttle. It simplified travel.

Convenient and Clean Stay

the location was very convenient for catching my early morning flight. i had minimal hassle getting to the north terminal (very important for me). the family room was quite big and the beds were insanely comfortable, especially after a long day (a real treat!). i also found the parking package fairly priced and easy to manage.
i found that the air conditioning was quite loud. turning it off made the room too warm. i ended up not sleeping as well as i had hoped.

the superior queen room was spacious and very clean. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep before my flight. the room included all necessary amenities for a short stay.

the lobby restaurant staff provided wonderful service during my meal. they were attentive and accommodating to all requests. check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful with directions to the north terminal.
