The staff was friendly. Amenities good was offered. The gym were good. The rooms was super clean and cozy.
The bathroom smelt of sewage waste from the drains. There was a long queue to get in for breakfast. This was time consuming. It was put in the wrong place.

My Executive Double Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was easy to manage. The location is excellent with easy access to transport. There were complimentary apples near reception.
I requested a travel cot before arrival. It took 30 minutes to arrive and be set up. The pool had an out of order sign that was incorrect. The standard of service has decreased since my last visit.

the gym was modern with good equipment.

My room had river view and it looked directly at the water. The hotel gave complimentary snacks, a detail that was nice. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They changed my room to one facing Parliament. I appreciate express check out. It makes departures efficient.
