satisfactory stay near wembley
friendly staff breakfast choices long walk busy lifts
the staff was friendly and helpful. the taylor swift theme downstairs added a fun touch. i found the beds very comfortable and our room was quiet. breakfast was also great, with good choices for a vegetarian like me.
The walk from wembley park tube station to the hotel felt long, about 15 minutes. the check-in process required photographic id. This hasn't happened to me in some time. the lifts were very busy, so i used the stairs often.

convenient location helpful lifts clean room
the location was certainly convenient. it was close to various coffee shops. the bar area was a plus and i found the room key access lifts helpful. the room was clean.
the water pressure made flushing the toilet difficult.

great location helpful staff quick check-in shower cleanliness unpleasant view blocked sink
the location was great for wembley stadium. the room was clean, i thought. the staff proved helpful with directions, they was easy to find. the check in was quick, a bonus.
the shower had hair on the tray. the view from my room wasn't pleasant at all, to be honest. i saw a water stain on the ceiling in the room. the sink plug was blocked, not great.

slow lifts stained carpets
The location was easy to find and access.
The lifts were slow. It was like waiting forever. The carpets seemed stained, and there was a strange smell in the hallway on my floor. The bathroom setup wasn't great because the lighting was dim!

The check in procedure was straightforward. My Family Room was better than I anticipated at this price point. The location is ideal as what I wanted. Staff members were friendly.

The bar area downstairs looked classy. The bar area had a sophisticated touch to it. The hotel offers luggage storage after checking out for almost two hours, free of charge.

The location suited my needs perfectly, near the stadium. The hotel provided comfortable beds, soft as clouds. I liked the helpful staff as well. They were friendly and efficient.
The lift was slow, it took a while to arrive.
