amazing stay!
gorgeous peacocks comfortable bed
i really enjoyed my visit! the gardens had peacocks and they were gorgeous. i especially liked the spacious room and its comfortable bed.
I found that the room i had was quite far from the elevator. This made carrying luggage a bit difficult.

the hotel provides easy access to the surrounding countryside, great for peaceful walks. there is ample parking available and the access to the main roads is straightforward, this makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

the breakfast buffet includes a wide assortment of hot and cold items. fresh pastries and a good selection of fruit are available. the restaurant provides a varied menu with options for different dietary needs i saw.

The superior double room includes a large bed and a seating area. the bathroom contains both a shower and a tub. toiletries are provided. They include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, wonderful.

Excellent Stay with Special Touches
fresh feel family room accommodating staff
I loved the recent interior upgrade. It added a fresh feel to the building. The family room had adequate space and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay (my kids loved it). I did appreciate the breakfast buffet with various options. I saw someone request a specific type of milk for their coffee, so the staff is accommodating.
The steam room was out of service , disappointing. The sauna also wasn't very hot, so I couldn't fully enjoy those spa amenities. The pool felt a bit small, and it lacked privacy from the outside, which slightly detracted from the experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit (always ready to assist with any requests). Oliver, at the Shakespeare bar, was especially amazing and helpful. His service.
