unpleasant odoramateurish shows
The biggest issue was the smell in our room. It was a strong, unpleasant odor and affected my sleep. We reported the issue several times, but the staff did not fix it . The evening entertainment was also lacking. The shows felt amateurish and were not very engaging.

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The beach was nice (I spent a lot of time there). There were several pools available.
The service at the restaurant was slow. It seemed disorganized (this was a problem during peak hours).
