The room felt really small and VERY white. We requested cleaning service when we left for the day, but that didn't happen. Fresh towels weren't provided either, annoying. The jacuzzi looked pretty dirty too, a HUGE disappointment. I expected better for the price we paid.

jacuzzi bath was great. bed proved comfy. staff showed friendly attitude and helped out whenever i needed, especially with recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was also a real win, made getting around very easy.

online check in became a real headache. it was more trouble than it was worth and the hotel was aware of ongoing problems. i feel they should fix this.

the bathroom features a rainfall shower, very refreshing. the room came equipped with a big wardrobe. space was available for a few days' worth of clothing. they gave easy to operate spa bath which was a major plus.

breakfast featured a mostly continental selection. i noticed they made hot food upon request. the bar stayed open quite late, serving a variety of bottled lagers, wines, and spirits to the residents of the hotel.
