Acceptable Stay with NOTICEABLE Issues

The hotel's location was acceptable as it provided relatively easy access to main attractions.
I was quite frustrated with several aspects of my stay. The hallway carpets were disgustingly filthy (disgusting!). there was no coffee available in the room, nor in the lobby. The hotel also lacks laundry service.

I found the location was great with an italian market nearby. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was lovely. The bed was comfy too. The mini shop is a great idea for emergency snacks and drinks. It really came in handy.
The hallway carpets were filthy. I think an investment in a carpet cleaner would improve the first impression.

the hotel had a unique design and was worth observing. its location was mentionable. the hotel is close to the city center.
i didnt like the handling of the fire alarm going off at 1am. it seemed the staff was not trained for such a situation. it didnt seem like they had control over the situation. safety has highest priority.

the hotel features modern facilities. public transportation is easily accessible, with the überseequartier station of u4 only a short walk away. this station provides connections to the inner city and other hvv lines, assisting travel.

the room provides a comfortable bed. rooms were modern and clean, appointed well to suit a stay. the family room (extra large) has a little internal room. it also features bunk beds for kids.

the staff were always friendly and helpful, assisting with any requests. the staff ensured i could access my room early. they contacted me when the room was available, being attentive to my needs to solve my issue.

The large family room provided ample space, a separate area with bunk beds accommodated our children well. A large window seat offered a place to relax (though the view was just other buildings). The breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices. The staff were helpful .
