the breakfast included fresh fruit and a variety of options.
i found some issues , like the heating that was on a controlled schedule which i didn't liked, also the lighting was dim. i also discovered spiders in my room, it wasn't a nice discovery. i think they should check these things more often.

the house had beautiful original features and off-road parking! the hosts greeted me with tea and cake in the lounge. there was a good quality fruit bowl, some homemade biscuits, and chocolates in my room. the breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and a lovely fruit selection.
i noticed the car park was locked although you can park outside until 8am. the heating operates on a controlled schedule, which limited individual adjustments. the lighting was a bit dim in certain areas.

the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. i was greeted with homemade cake and tea. personal service and attention REALLY stood out, contributing to a nice stay.

the king room was spacious and beautifully decorated, i liked that it was spotlessly clean. thoughtful touches included a fruit platter and homemade biscuits. the room offered plenty of space and comfort.

My room was accessed via stairs. This might be a consideration for some guests.

the owners offered vegan milk after learning of dietary needs, showing great attentiveness. they provided a car park space at the back, alongside a rear garden showcasing flowers. homemade cookies and chocolates accompanied the customary coffee and tea.

a romantic getaway

the arrival tea and cake were such a tender welcome, a lovely touch after our journey. our room shone with pristine beauty, every corner so cosy and lovingly arranged. breakfast was a highlight, a feast of flavors prepared with such care. i felt pampered in this place, every detail showing the gentle touch of the hosts.
I noted only one minor flaw, there were stairs to our room. Such challenge. it caused me a brief moment of discomfort.

the location was great. secure parking was available at no extra cost. the hosts, charles and christine, were very friendly. they were professional too.
someone entered my room for cleaning. it was not needed for my two-night stay. my toothbrush had been moved. i noticed some spiders.
