The staff was always helpful. Irene was really good at the front desk. there are many pools to choose from. Some pools are even heated. my daughter loved the water park and proximity to the beach. the architecture is lovely and cleanliness is great!

the food variety is very good, especially at the mexican restaurant. kebab island restaurant is great and the pergola cafe is awesome. the chefs are respectful and cooperative, even assisting with off-menu requests.

the hotel design is a plus, as is the room space. the number of pools is great and the aquapark is amazing. surfing is available right at the resort. the beach is very close and well kept.
