the location was great. it was near the earl's court and west brompton stations. this provided easy access to and from airports (i was so happy!). many bars, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores were nearby. the wi-fi connection was very good.
the front door was wide open a couple of times when i arrived. there was no one at reception at those times. during my first night, the heater was on while the airco tried to cool the room. it was very noisy and i couldn't turn it off at first.

the location is excellent. it is very good value for the room with all the facilities it has. i stayed for a few nights and everything was very convenient to get to.
the lady receptionist on arrival was not friendly. the shower was tiny, only fit for a child no older than 10yrs. the tv in my room was small.

The location is excellent. It's close to both earls court and west brompton stations. these stations make it easy to get to airports and other parts of the city. i appreciated the many nearby bars, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. the bathroom was modern. I found the kitchenette with its cooktop and fridge very practical.

convenient locationpaint smellmalfunctioning air conditioning
the location near the tube station proved convenient , it allowed easy access to transportation.
i only RECEIVED one towel , not enough for a single PERSON , let alone two. the air conditioning was malfunctioning as WELL, i tried to contact reception about the towel situation, but no one answered.

I loved that the location is near major train stations. Earl's court and west brompton stations are so close! getting to and from airports was super easy. The neighborhood had lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. the room featured a great kitchenette. It had a cooktop, a fridge, and utensils for simple meals!
The signs to the room weren't accurate! our room number wasn't on any of the signs other than the door itself. pictures are so misleading. The room was tiny.

The hotel location is near Earls Court station. The room was clean, tidy and had a sleek design. The bathroom included plenty of space. I appreciated the kitchenette because it was well equipped.
The signs to the room aren't accurate, the room number wasn't on any of the signs other than the door itself.
