Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The location is superb with a metro station right across the street. El Corte Inglés department store is nearby, it includes a nice grocery store, very convenient. I found the bed very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful, I would choose this hotel again (if I return to the city).

The staff was efficient and friendly, they attempted to speak Portuguese slowly, so I could practice it. They were kind enough to hold my bags on my last day after I checked out, a great help. I found them accommodating.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, it is close to the center with great connections. The metro is across the road, and there is a beautiful park nearby. I noticed shopping and cafes all within walking distance, this made exploring the area very easy.

The room was super clean and well maintained daily, I had no issues . It was spacious, and I even had a very nice balcony (bonus!). Breakfast offered a great variety of options, I was never left wanting.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

The breakfast included a wide selection of options. The staff was very communicative and nice. The metro entrance sits opposite the hotel. I found a fridge in the room, useful. I also requested and received a kettle.
The room I stayed in felt a bit small for my preference. The air conditioning unit made some noise during operation. This slightly detracted from an otherwise quiet experience.

The staff were helpful . My room had everything necessary for a comfortable visit, including a clean bathroom. Breakfast offered many choices, providing an excellent start to each day. I found the location very convenient to the metro.

The soundproofing in the room was not good. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms (it was annoying). There were also ants in the room. I found it unpleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room included a safe and a fridge. The breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruits that were available each morning. The hotel provided a direct metro connection from the airport. It made the arrival process seamless. I also found the hotel to be spotlessly clean. Everything felt well kept.
The hotel room faced an area with running air conditioning units. This resulted in some noise that was noticeable at night. I used earplugs to mitigate the disturbance.
