poor lightingdisappointing service
The room lighting was very poor. it was darker than usual. the breakfast service was also disappointing. I had to wait for food to be refilled. then a staff member shouted about clearing up right at 9:30 a.m., turning off the coffee machine immediately. i have not seen that before.

The room included a comfortable bed. There was free parking. I entered my car registration number at reception. Breakfast had vegan options if I asked. The staff were friendly. They provided assistance when needed.

The staff seemed helpful and quite friendly . My room was clean upon my arrival and tidy too. The customer service i experienced was excellent and efficient.
The card machine did not work. Cash was not accepted, inconvenient.
